Terms of sale of the SONOTOPIA study

An acoustic model of the location checked on HowNoisy, made with SONOTOPIA: outdoor environmental noise levels on the building facade, floor by floor, using cadastral buildings and terrain, and an estimate of the level inside the home for the windows you indicate, with recommendations.

It is a modelled calculation, not an on-site measurement or an accredited test report. If you need a measurement, Blue Noise will quote it separately.

€98 including VAT, single card payment through Stripe. Blue Noise, S.L. issues the corresponding invoice.

You receive the study by e-mail within 2 working days of payment. If essential information is missing we will write to you, and the period starts from your reply.

If we cannot model your case reliably, we refund the full amount to the same payment method.

You have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw by writing to presupuestos@bluenoise.es.

When buying you expressly ask for the study to start immediately. If you withdraw before receiving it, you pay the proportional part of the work already done. Once the complete study has been delivered, the right of withdrawal is lost (art. 103 a) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), without prejudice to the money-back guarantee.

Blue Noise, S.L. processes the order data (e-mail, phone, studied address and form answers) only to provide the service, invoice and assist you. Payment is processed by Stripe; Blue Noise never receives your card details. You can exercise your rights by writing to presupuestos@bluenoise.es.

Spanish law applies. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their place of residence.
